Gentilissimo Dott. Battistella,

I have seen every article that has appeared in Model Railroader regarding your layout. It is a true work of art, and quite inspirational as well.
Thank you for the website, and the opportunity to view the beauty in the clsoe-up photos.
If I ever had the chance to come to Italy, I would love to see it in person, and likewise, if you were ever in Chicago, and I have anything done to my layout worth looking at, you would be more than welcome to see it, and join an operating session. |

Wonderful work. I know how many hours have been put into the layout. What I also know is the layout is never finished! This is what makes the hobby fascinating and rewarding, but sometimes frustrating!

Hi - I am rebuilding my layout to a shelf and two large areas at the North and South ends for towns and industrial areas. I hope to have it in full operation in three months. Right now I am building turnouts for the yard. The yard has an arrival & departure track the is 15 feet long. With three long yard tracks for building trains. You were my inspiration, Thanks, I know it will be fun to operate. |

Preg.mo Sig.

Angello,
I wanted to tell you that I enjoyed looking at your layout both here and in Model Railroader.
Great imagination and wonderful detail.
I have been building and enjoying a 10x10 foot layout of a Steam Maintanence Yard, a gorge and a commercial harbor with a town. Have fun and Thank You for the tour!

Caro Angelo,
