Angelo - Happy Holidays to you. Every time I visit you upgrade your website and the Tall Piness RR continues to grw better and more incredible. You are truly an imaginative artist who inspires me to detail my N scale Skokie Valley Northern more and more. I look forward to my visits to your railroad with enthusiasm. Keep it up. (I still have the shirt you sent to me three years ago!) |

Angelo, I can't believe how great your layout is. Your layout is truly an inspiration to me. My son and I are building our own layout and for me my reference material is in my back yard and yours is half way around the world. Truly amazing |

Oh jeez. I remember reading about this layout when I was a kid back in Model Railroader in 1986... At the time, in my mind, this was the most amazing layout I'd ever seen. In fact, I thought it was so amazing that over a decade and a half AFTER I had looked at those pictures of this layout, I came across this website tonight and my immediate reaction was, "it's THAT guy!!!" Hahaha, wow, it hasn't gotten any less cool over the years I see. Jeez, what a phenomenonal layout. Someday I'd like to have something maybe 1/16th as good as this one and I'd be happy. Great work, it's so intense. |

You have built a fantastic train 'world' layout, of which you can be justifiably proud. Your choice of scenery is great, and I'm curious where your 'Ideas' for the scenery developed. Is the locale in "Italy", Europe, or elsewhere? What 'time frame' does the layout fit? Incidently, the Pinhole [assuming that it is] photo was excellent. |

Wonderful layout, I wonder how long did it take to finish? You must have spent lots of time. My wife keeps complaining that for me 3 years passed and my lay out still un finished!! |

Congratulations for a first-prize layout and for the very well made site. It is incredible how realistic it appears. Wonderful weathering works all around!!! I am a z-scale (1:220) runner and I'm navigating in Internet to catch some ideas for my future big layout. I particularly liked your industrial area with nearby roundhouse. May I ask for some more views of it? |

This is truly a spectacular layout you have! I want to get into the hobby, but have neither the expenses nor the space to build one, but this set has given me inspiration to try and find both. It's truly amazing! I love it! |

Again, I come back to look at this fabulous layout! I am still very much in the construction stage of my little logging road. Whenever I get a little hung up, I come here to look upon your layout. It always helps me through the little troubles I seem to be having. Again, What a wonderful layout and web-site! |

Marvellous layout. I have a much smaller US style layout, and muchless detailed. After seeing the Tall Pine RR I'm not sure I'm still satisfied with mine. It gave me enough motivation though to continue improving my layout. |

Wow, the attention to not only detail but the realism of the detail is incredible. I've never seen dirt and mud and general debris done so well. It truly brings out the reality of a frieght and cargo railroad. Too often attention to detail is done but only with a shinny new appearance. You my dear sir, are a true master of this art.

You have a great layout, and an even better presentation of this work of art. I teach art and architecture in a high school in Buffalo, NY. I plan on starting my layout in the next year, and are afraid that it will never even come close to yours, even with my artistic skills. Could you please give me a bit of advice and also another shoot of that great arch bridge. Did you build that yourself? |

First of all I love your railroad. When I was building my first major railroad as a child I saw the tall pine in Model Railroader magazine and it was a major influence on my work. Thinking of the Tall Pine Railroad has always brought fond memories. So you can imagine how excited and happy I was to find your web-site. Thank you so much for all the enjoyment your hard work has brought me. Although I am 100% Italian I grew up in America and never learned to speak Italian. Anyway, I think the word is Bravissimo. Gratias! The reason I'm writing is I would love one of your calendars, I ordered one before the 15th but haven't heard from you. Not sure what to do. Please let me know if you have more and how to get one. |
