WOW!!!!!!!! You have made a beautiful layout. And adding the smoke in a paint program was a nice touch too. Also you have one of the best model RR sites I've seen. Stay on track, Ken

T.Col. Mauro Crisante

Hello...Angelo,my name is Garry and I am from Canada.I was browsing the net for train layouts, when I came across your site and decided to have a look.Just by the interesting appeal of the page I was delighted by the concept in place.Although when I took a deeper look at what pictures you had to offer. It was then I realized that this was no ordinary site for layouts of any kind.I must say and with all aw!...that the work presented here is that of such I have never seen before period, anywhere! What you have done here is almost the same or better than reality itself. The total accuracy of the finest details made me take more than several looks at these pictures. May I add I too am trying to put together a setup over the last year, but still no further ahead now than then.So after seeing what you have done with your work, it makes me wonder why I should even bother to try..HaHa! AlthoughI must for the passion to trains.Thank You for the inspiration!! A job wellDone...........Garry
Darral Brinlee Very well done. Enjoyed viewing the layout and the way it was presented
Jeff Gorjans A wonderfully done railroad. Very prototypical. But best of all is the interactive website, complete with sound too! It was so smooth and easy to navigate. CONGRATULATIONS! Jeff
Jim Sweet Angelo, You have one terrific layout... especially considering you have never been to the U.S. Congratulations.
Michael Just simply gorgeous!!!!!!!
Ken Smith Angelo, Without a doubt this is the best model website I have ever seen!!! I am just beginning to do mine and I have got to ask you how you did the beginning introduction. Did you do it yourself or did someone do it for you. If they did, who was it so I can get in touch with them. I would verry much want to do mine simular to yours! I don't want to sound like I am trying to copy yours but that should be a compliment. I model both indoors and outside as well. I do 1/2 scale live steam and regular models in the garden site (150' X 50') and belong to an On30 module group and do On3 indoors. All Colorado prototype except the On30 which is logging. Please let me know about the web....who knows, I might have to sell some brass to pay for it!!! Thanks again
Daniel Sélea Thank You, Finally some new views. I was worried you gave upp updating Your site with some new pictures. Hope your friend is well now and you will soon make the entire layout visible to us the other hungry trainlovers! Ciao!
Dave Salamon Very nice web page...and a great looking railroad. I love the photographs..all the smoke...looks great, keep it up!
Sergio Brizio Complimenti vivissimi!
Enzo Lebani I'm waiting your work! nice to meet you in internet
Stefano Pampanin stupefacente
Ian Brown Pat yourself on the back Angelo you have made a beautiful logging railroad there. You have done your homework and are very talented.
Patrik Blom How do you do Mr Angelo A really nice layout you have there. The only thing I missing on your homepage is a layoutdrawing. I have recently moved to a new house where I planning to build an American layout (5,2*3,6m). Greetings

I wanted to express to you my enjoyment of your website (which I linked to via the NMRA site) and your extraordinarily fine layout. Based on the pictures, you have captured a sense of "atmosphere" of this type and era of American railroading. Also, let me say that the website photography is excellent. I look forward to viewing your trackplan.

Angelo, My compliments to your model making. The pictures are great, they show the hard work and the attention to detail that you have put into your railroad. I am just starting my layout. I'm 52 and have waited long enough for a place to setup my layout. I have chosen a place in the crawl space in my basement. I just hope my layout will look as good as yours does when i'm finished. Hi my name is mitchell ray c-scott, I'm doing a research paper on how to build model railroads. If possible could you give me some information? Or good links to help me with my research? Thank you very much, I love your website!

Just visited your site again and had time to peruse the pictures. To say that I am impressed would be a vast understatement. Congratulations and thank you for the good inspiration. Your pictures are great.
Ray Morgan HI I SAW YOUR PITCHERS OF YOUR LAYOUT AND I WAS AMADASE AT WHAT I SAW. I
HAVE A LAYOUT OF MY OWEN BUT IT DOES NOT EAVEN COMPAIR TO YOURS. THIS IS TRULY A WORK OF ART.
George Swalagin Angelo I love your site, but the train sounds don't seem to be downloading properly. I have IE 5.0 and have no trouble on any other site. The pic of the week has great engine smoke but the other photos have none what happened? I think you should have some smoke exusting from this engines then every thing here would be 100%. Stop by my site some time at http://users.rcn.com/swal/mrr.htm it's small but fairly well done.
Roger Wofford Absolutely Beautiful, great attention to detail and color. Truely a work to be continued. More pics of your railroad would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely Roger

Angelo, this is absolutely exciting. It is one of the most beautiful layouts. Totally according to my taste. You're truely an artist. It is my dream to build this kind of layout. After a long, long time of absence from railroading I redescovered the fascination of it. Thanks to layouts like yours I feel the urge to go back in touch with the little boy in myself. This together with the skills of an grown up can be the beginning of a long trip into the fascination of the train modelling. Thank you for your nice sites. Keep it going

Your r.r. is terific, as are the photographs... you must be a master at Photoshop! Although I model in N scale I appreciate work that's well done and creative and yours is both. Many of your scenes remind me of the class WHit Towers/John Allen look of the 60's. Thanks for posting such a wonderful site & kep up the good work.

Fine modeling. Fine photography. Authentic sounds. I'm attempting to become proficient in Spanish (another hobby), so I appreciated the English/Italian script. Also noticed some definite similarities between Spanish and Italian (of course both are romance languages). Enjoyed the visit. Thank you.
Léon Honings Hello Angelo, Thank you very much for your e-card. I don't know how I wound up on your mailing list, but I certainly loved your site. Have we ever corresponded in the past? Your name sounds very familiar, but I can't quiet place it. Have you had your work published in MR by by chance? Or have we corresponded during the ten years that I was editor of ModelSpoorwegen, the newsletter of the Contactgroup NMRA Netherlands? Anyway, it was very nice to see the beautiful pictures of your layout. My new layout is well on it's way as far as benchwork etc is concerned, but my favorite part of the hobby (scenery) has yet to come. My excuse is that I've only moved into this house 3 years ago... My fictitious railroad empire is situated in the four corners area, in Mesa Verde National Park (Co.). The emphasis will be on canyons, lots of them with as much spectacular scenery as I can fit in my small trainroom (about 7 by 3,5 meters). I love steam, but so far my roster consists of mainly early diesels (one has a DCC sound decoder installed, others are tofollow. My Bachmann Spectrum Mountain will get sound very soon. A little constructive criticism on your site. I cannot read parts of your flash site, because of a lack of scroll bars (for instance the right side of the Angelo page is cropped). I had to open the HTML version to read it. The same goes for the read our e-mail part. I can scroll by dragging the page (again no scroll bar at the bottom. I use a 800 by 600 setting, which is the most used setting on the internet as far as I know. I have made a couple of simple sites myself. The first URL below was my very first attempt at creating a website (hasn't been updated in a long time, because I get no input from my club). The other one I made for my boss (I work in a graphic studio, as desktoppublisher, editor and wannabee webdesigner :-) Can't seem to find the time to learn to use flash though. I've taken the liberty to forward your mail to several of my model railroad friends. Attached is a xmas card from the CGW RR. Merry Xmas
Lennart Elg Dear Angelo, Thanks for the christmas card! I have always been impressed by your modeling since I first saw it in Model Railroader, so it is nice to get in touch!
